You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Order Form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including address and accurate postcode, and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit cards and/or debit cards other than department store cards, Paypal and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm whether your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your Order Form ("Confirmation Email"). Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us and will be complete at the time we send the Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Confirmation Email do not form part of that contract.
We cannot accept Order Forms from individuals under the age of (18) years.

We deliver to the UK, EU and USA and elsewhere by exception. Any problem with orders then please phone our order line where we can arrange for an alternative supply route via a local distributor. Royal Mail do not consider a package lost until 15 working days after posting so we reserve the right to wait 15 working days post shipping before we consider it as lost also.
You may be required to pay extra for delivery as indicated on the Website and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

The records stored in SkinMed’s computer systems under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
Purchase orders and invoices are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Returns Policy: Our products are sold for personal use and instructions for use and ingredients are clearly stated on the packaging and/or the accompanying literature.
Products should always be tested for compatibility and multiple purchases of different items should be tested separately.
Subject to clause 3.2 below, if you are an individual purchasing in your private capacity (and not a company or partnership) you may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods if you are resident within the European Economic Area. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. The goods in question must be returned by you upon cancellation of the contract and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
In the event of you cancelling your order as the goods are no longer required or you have changed your mind and they have already been dispatched to you/or received by you, no refund will be given for the original postage charge.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, by email or telephone us at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this clause, our only obligation will be, at our option:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
- to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or

validity of offers and prices

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode and for daytime contact, a telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Any parcels returned to us due to none collection, addressee unknown at address, addressee gone away etc, will require additional postage to be paid before we can resend the parcel.

For claims to be accepted, the customer must first make a declaration to SkinMed concerning any returns and receive SkinMed’s consent. If accepted, the customer will ship the package back to us.
